About PCCI Tax

Eamonn has over 25 years’ experience in advising on Irish tax matters and is currently a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Eamonn joined Arthur Andersen in 1996 and worked with Arthur Andersen as a manager until 2002. He has also previously worked with KPMG as a director in its tax division.

Eamonn has significant experience in the Private Irish Business sector providing advice to both corporates and their shareholders on a wide range of issues including corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and sales. Eamonn has significant experience in advising on property transactions, both Irish and foreign and advising on inbound and outbound international investment structures involving Irish and foreign property investments and trading groups.

Eamonn has managed the income tax compliance obligations for a large number of private clients and also the corporation and other tax compliance obligations for Irish companies, both large and small.
